中共党员，1996 年 9 月生于湖南常德，2024 年 9 月起入职湖南师范大学。主要研究领域为发展与健康心理学，聚焦青少年心理健康的心理社会与生物学机制，重点关注人际情绪调节、社会联结与亲子关系在个体心理适应中的作用，以及遗传与环境因素对青少年情绪和行为发展的交互影响。研究立足于发展心理学、社会心理学与健康心理学的交叉视角，综合运用纵向追踪、生态瞬时评估（EMA）、日记研究、随机对照试验及元分析等研究方法，并结合多基因评分、生理指标等多模态测量技术，从不同时间尺度和分析层次探讨心理健康的动态发展机制及其干预路径。2021年9月至2024年6月在湖南师范大学开展健康心理学博士阶段研究，博士课题聚焦亲子关系与血清素系统多基因对青少年抑郁的交互影响机制；2022年9月至2024年10月在荷兰阿姆斯特丹自由大学（Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam）开展临床心理学博士研究并获得博士学位，研究主题为中国与荷兰文化背景下人际情绪调节与心理健康的关系。近年来，围绕青少年情绪与行为问题、社会关系及心理健康促进开展了一系列实证研究，与国内外学者合作发表学术论文数十篇。担任多本高水平国际学术期刊客座编辑、编委，数十种中英文期刊审稿人。相关研究成果详见 Google Scholar。欢迎对心理学研究具有浓厚兴趣、具备学术探索精神并有志于继续深造的本科生和研究生加入研究团队。“长期冲浪”欢迎联系，尤其欢迎关注青少年心理健康、情绪调节、社会关系、心理干预及心理学研究方法的同学。团队重视科学问题意识、研究方法训练与独立科研能力的培养，鼓励跨学科探索与国内外学术交流。欢迎志同道合的同学联系交流，共同开展具有理论价值与现实意义的心理学研究。（网站更新2026.11.03）
