AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION
Main researchfocused on using case study and survey research to study the employee empowerment , such as the construct, formation mechanism, andits relationship with individual andteam performance in Chinese culture; the problem of reemployment of returned peasantworkers. Recent research interests lies in emotional creativity, organizational ambidexterity and human resource management in SMEs.
